SCOPE

Deliver a 120,000-lb component across three municipalities, and one major city center.

CHALLENGE

As is often the case when transporting fabricated commodities through a major city center, this project necessitated involvement from multiple parties, including escorts, hydro, and engineering. Accounting for the varying scheduling needs of each party while maintaining an optimal project timeline presented a challenge.

SOLUTION

Exercising sound decision making as the environment shifted was crucial on this project. The key to success was open and consistent communication with our client as well as our carrier partners and other stakeholders.
