RAYTHEON

The added challenge with Raytheon was working within the parameters of a secure government facility. The Raytheon project also commanded a fairly aggressive delivery schedule, which meant we needed to take steps to reduce the risk of delays from border crossing and the high miles that can lead to unpredictability.

SCOPE

Deliver eight modules to a secure facility in Tucson, Arizona, within a seven-day window.

CHALLENGE

The added challenge with Raytheon was working within the parameters of a secure government facility in the Arizona area. The Raytheon project also demanded a fairly aggressive delivery schedule, which meant we needed to take steps to reduce the risk of delays from crossing the U.S./Canada border and the high miles that can lead to unpredictability.

We lean heavily on our partners—both north and south of the boarder. Without them, we would not be able to execute and offer the reach that our customers require.
Frank DeVries, Principal and General Manager

SOLUTION

The right solution, in this case, was to build tight relationships with U.S.-based partners that were capable of managing the final mile of the project. Through our American partners, we were able to gain access to the staging facility as well as the secure facility.
